Reservation Terms & Conditions



1.       General information

·       Our bungalows/mountain houses are composed by double bedrooms, toilet and kitchenette with household appliances (oven, stove, exhaust fan, fridge), utensils for cooking and a common area with TV and sofa;

·       The houses have bed linen and one bath towel per guest;

·       The toilet does not have any hygiene products;

·       For stays over one night, room service must be requested on the reception the previous day;

·       Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.; check-out until 11 a.m.

May you require to check-in after 9 p.m., please let us know in advance;

·       The guests’ vehicle can be parked by the house;

·       Check-in and check-out schedules do not limit the stay in the Park. You can remain for activities, for a meal at the Restaurant or to go for a walk;

·       Only the Largato House has breakfast included. For all the other houses, this service is available at the Restaurant for 4,00€ per person;

·       The houses do not have a fixed barbeque. You should book it in advance, knowing that during summertime, for safety reasons, light fire is punished by law;

·       Our houses do not have Wi-Fi connection (only available in the premises of the Restaurant), nor a cooling system for summer, but they are all equipped with an oil heater, and in the Lagarto House, a pellets heat recovery system;

·       All houses have a ground floor with inside stairs to access the 1st floor;

·       DiverLanhoso declines any responsibility for lost or damaged objects and valuables in the Park, in the parking lot, inside the house, etc;

The client is responsible for damages caused by him in any part of the Park, namely inside the houses. In this sense, for check-in, we ask for a deposit in the amount of 300€ (cash, check or Visa), that will be returned after an inspection of the house on check-out (after the return of the key). This deposit is to cover for eventual damages during the stay.

DiverLanhoso reserves the right to temporarily retain this deposit, until total clarification of the facts (within 90 workdays following the transaction).

May we consider that the client acted directly or indirectly to originate the damage(s), DiverLanhoso will retain the necessary amount to cover for it, regardless of any other legal measures that may be held to civilly/criminally accuse the client.

2.       Reservation terms

As soon as the client knows the desired date and house, he should contact us, preferably by phone, to understand the availability.

May the hosue be free for booking, a pre-reservation is made and should be confirmed within 48 hours, with the payment of 25% of the total.

The transfer of the 25% of the estimated total should be made for a bank account that will be indicated by our staff at the time.

The remaining 75% can be payed until checking-in, upon arrival to the Park. After the transfer, the proof of payment should be sent by email, as well as the following information:

Details of the responsible person (over 18 years old): Name, Address, VAT number, Phone number, Date of Birth.

For check-in Identity Card or Passport are mandatory.


·       Cancelation 30 to 15 days prior to the date of the program: loss of 25% of the deposit;

·       Cancelation 15 to 7 days prior to the date of the program: loss of 50% of the deposit;

·       Cancelation 7 days prior to the date of the program: total loss of the deposit.

*No show tax: the amount of the deposit will be charged, with no right to reimbursement.
*Modification terms: same as cancelling terms.
*Fees are subject to modification without notice.


This website was created and works under the Portuguese law. For the settlement of any dispute, the Portuguese law will be applied, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
